During my business trip, I stayed at a hotel that offered an excellent breakfast with a variety of choices. One of the best aspects was the helpful and friendly staff who made sure my stay was comfortable. The hotel was also conveniently located near a beautiful walking trail, providing a relaxing environment to escape from work.

I was disappointed that the hotel did not offer an iron and board in the room. Although the hotel provided pressing services for a fee, it would have been more convenient to have an iron and board readily available.

Fantastic staff. I enjoyed my stay. Room and bath were large and comfortable. Food is excellent. Quiet setting on edge of nice woods. Ask Hans about motorcycle tourism in Europe - he is a fountain of knowledge.

It was far too expensive, but that was all due to the trade show I attended in Cologne - I had zero flexibility on dates. I would stay again on other dates at better rates - for business and for vacation.

Very pleasant, helpful staff. Wonderful setting. If you like hiking/walking, this hotel is a very good choice. It's adjacent to a beautiful park-preserve with many kilometers of marked trails. Fine restaurant. Lovely setting for breakfast buffet.

Room was ok and good sized, but spartan. Breakfast buffet was okay, but did not have nearly the selection of food that comparable hotels in Germany have.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and we particularly enjoyed the festive decorations throughout the property which made it feel very cozy. the location was also excellent, surrounded by beautiful countryside and miles of hiking trails.

the heating system was not working properly, and we felt quite cold in our room.

Restaurant and the staff, quiteness

I did not get the queen size bed I have booked but standard bed; hence I paid extra for something I did not get.

We stayed at this luxurious hotel on the edge of the woods and in the valley, and we were impressed with the level of comfort and quality service provided. The staff was attentive and spoke fluent English. The room was perfect, with amenities such as ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. We also enjoyed spending time on the terrace, overlooking the beautiful garden and listening to the soothing sounds of the nearby brook.

There were no negative aspects to our stay at this venue, and we highly recommend it to everyone.

We had a fantastic time staying at this lovely hotel on the edge of the woods. the location is perfect for leisure walks near the forest and in the hills adjacent to the property. Our room and bathroom were large, comfortable and modern. We couldn't have asked for better service from the very attentive staff, who spoke English very well. the breakfast was beyond what we expected and included some very nice fried eggs. We enjoyed a beautiful view of the brook from our room and appreciated the opportunity to relax in the cozy lounge area.

The hotel entrance was difficult to find on our arrival.
